Here, you will be part of our behavioral healthcare team helping at-risk adolescents BUILD BETTER FUTURES.
Abraxas I (AI) provides adolescent treatment programs for substance abuse, delinquency and medically necessary mental health services.
Our 90 acre campus is nestled in the Allegheny National Forest in northwestern Pennsylvania.

Devising strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth.
Assuming responsibility of budgeting and resourcing Planning and overseeing all patient care or administrative operations and programs.
Develops and oversees facility operational policies and procedures in accordance with appropriate standards, rules, regulations, to ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinates interfacing of clinical services with educational, medical, community services, family services, and the training department Prepares appropriate reports and correspondence of all treatment services in a timely manner to ensure regulatory compliance and in accordance with applicable standards of care.
Assesses and monitors service resource utilization and assists with performance improvement process.
Ensures that programming and services are appropriate to meet the needs of the clients of the facility.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), public administration, business management or other related field and 2 years of experience in a human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting, which includes supervision of others, direct service and program planning.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), public administration, business management or other related field and 3 years of experience in a human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting, which includes supervision of others, direct service and program planning.
Associate degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), public administration, business management or other related field and 4 years of experience in a human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting, which includes supervision of others, direct service and program planning.
Ability to participate and maintain Safe Crisis Management (SCM) certification.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
